轻质莫来石聚轻保温砖主要含Al₂O 。30%-46% 的轻质耐火制品,以粘土熟料或轻质熟料和可塑粘土为主要原料,通常采用可燃物法生产,也可采用化学法或泡沫法形成多孔结构。
市场常用莫来石聚轻砖的体积密度为0 . 75 - 1 . 20g/cm⁹ 耐压强度为2 .0-5 .9MPa, 热导率为0 .221-0.442W/(m·k)(1350℃)。
莫来石聚轻砖的用途广泛,主要用于各种工业窑炉中,不接触熔融物和无侵蚀气体作用的隔热层材料,使 用温度1200-1400℃。
